………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………….

This past year (pandemic year 2021), Mary's Organic Farm,  participated, for the Second time,  in  "The Hill and Valley Exploration Tour".  We had a blast showing lots of people who do not farm....how we do it on our organic farm.  We are not experts by far, but have embraced the organic way.  We don't expose ourselves to chemicals, preservatives, antibiotics or soy--and neither are our animals.  Our animals and chickens get away with murder and are spoiled rotten--the chickens have a real attitude....our organic inspector says they are all  living "The life of Riley"  Our chickens have a Florida room and roam where they please...eating grass, stones and worms!

As one of the event's participants (2021), we provided farm tours, hay rides and sold freezer beef from our grass-fed Galloways & organic eggs.  This year (2022), we are  also hosting  a sub-event of artwork by Robert Hare Sr. , Rob's Father;   a retiree with time to pursue his love of painting & art. (see below for a little bit about the artist.)

For a schedule of the events each day.......look below for a complete list.  Come meet and fed our Organic chickens, fainting/alpine goats which are a hit with the kids & our emotional rescued horse (GIGI) and then take a hay ride out to the fields to see our "Oreo Cows" Black Belted Galloway, Grass-fed Beef that we rotationally graze-- if you still have time.   We have honey bees, who have a blast on our organic fields filled with flowers.  We dabble in maple syrup and are a wildlife sanctuary.  We hope you love our farm as much as we love it...clean air and land free of chemicals & preservatives....our goats, horse and dog (Honey Bear) all get the same organic food sources....and it's not about the money....just clean living
.
